Yep age can catch up to us. I remember in my younger days having pain in my shoulders and just ignored it and kept training. Benchin, cleans, overhead presses... Full speed ahead. LOL Shoulder pain just seemed to be part of the deal. Now we really pay for it. Sheesh.

gotclen had stem cell treatment in his shoulders man. he doesnt log on much anymore but you can hit him up. he told me that the only thing it did for him was lighten his wallet and pretty much was exactly the same as it was before having it done.
fuzo had some specialized injections done i believe before his surgery if i am not mistaken. i cant remember what they were but i am pretty sure those didnt help him out either

Damn, ya, I knew a guy who paid $40,000 for stem cell injections and it didnt do anything for him. Im depressed enough over having both my shoulders demolished but it would be worse if I took out $40,000 and lit it with a match. LOL
