      Those kind of trips are the best because you find kool things on accident that u appreciate that you never even thought about.

      Like even a kool water fall or weird food spots.

      not in that area at all man. it is on the local news every day for shootings and rampant crime on a daily basis. what's crazy is it is a cross between hilly billies and gangsters all in the same area. it is a weird and crazy environment for sure. small or kind of small town surrounded by massive farms. a friend of mine that is a detective was telling me years ago that a lot of the large gangs use these rual areas to stash their guns money etc..... from the biker gangs to the ones that are all over the country. so it was a keep your head down kind of trip with no stopping in the area except at the school. some of the high schools we play you cant take anything in, you have to go through a metal detector and the cops pat you down. it is stupid. i told my wife that if their school is that bad then they should shut down their sports programs until the kids and parents learn how to act

      they bumped this weeks playoff game up a day. fortunately this area isnt quite as bad and is by another base. they have the number 2 rated bbq place in the state there haha. we drive up on the weekend sometimes just to eat there. probably going to be his last game of the year though. so now i will get a little break until track starts up

      Thats the healthy way to do it. Very therapeutic for obliterated joints that throb 24/7. I havent touched a tylenol or ibuprofen in god knows how long. I take some willow bark now and then along withthe live resin and some liquid cbd. 6 full thickness tendon tears & 2 torn labrums and am living with it and working out anyway. Doe s it hurt? Oh hell ya
