my buddy who owns his own gym has video of a dumb ass chick doing that with a 45lb plate off the glute ham raise onto the concrete floor. i have no idea how it didnt either kill her or break her neck because she literally landed on top of her head. she did just jump back up shake the cob webs out and left haha
