      I doubt that there is any problems from taking it long term. I think the body produces it from serotonin, by cleaving off a couple methyl groups. I take it along with tryptophan and gaba. I ran out of melatonin about a month ago and havent taken any and am sleeping just as good with just tryptophan. Some nights I forget the tryptophan and still sleep good so I who knows. lol

      Guns, I use melatonin, gaba and 500 mg of magnesium. Gaba also encourages the body to produce GH. It also helps calm my mind for sleep. 5 grams ED in an empty stomach before bed with mag and melatonin.

      yessir, been using it for that for years. it does a hell of a job calming the brain and helping you relax. best part is you dont feel like dog shit when you wake up the next day. i grab the powder from true nutrition most of the time and do 4-5g just like you do

      Yeah guns, I buy a half kilo from bulk supps and it works wonders. Again, only really helps on an empty stomach for me.

      I dont think Im taking enough GABA. I had some I got some edible GABA wafers that taste great but only 100 mg each. I need to go back to the 1,000 mg capsules
