-What are you going to do for landlords? You gave renters free rent with no consequence. I have lost over 3000$ so far with 1 rental house and possible it will be more before this is over.
I needed this income and your decision was entirely 1 sided. Some renters even able to pay rent took advantage if this to put money into there own pocket.
At the very least you should forgo property taxes and maybe compensation to landlords.
