i knew i had issues for my entire life man. i finally bit the bullet and went in and had one done. mine was so bad they didnt even do a full study and bring me back they did a dual study on the spot after i was a sleep for the first hour. stopped breathing 87 times for extended periods for the first hour. the lady woke me up and told me that i could die and they couldnt have that in the office. so they hooked me up to a machine immediately after the first hour and i was fine. my oxygen saturation dropped to 17% during the first hour.

when i did my follow up to get my machine the actual doc told me that i was the second worse case she had seen in her career and that the other case was a person that weighed over 400lbs. i was only around 240-250 at the time is the bad part haha. she said that with anyone having sleep apnea you can literally just die in your sleep with no warnings or signs. you just die. since going on the machine i feel 100x better and my health markers improved even more. thing is worth the hassle to get in and get it done for damn sure
