Single leg leg presses superset with two leg leg presses 90x12+20, 140x12+20, 190x12+20, 240x9+20
Leg extensions toes pointed 50x13, 55x20, 65x18, 70x16
DB stiff leg deadlifts 60x7, 65x8, 70x6
Leg press calf raise giant sets toes in+toes out+toes straight just sled x10+10+10, 10+10+8, x10+10+10
