TweetNever liked Total War by Redcon1. The first formula a few years ago just made me feel weird. The new blend is better but you have to mix it with Big Noise to make it very effective. Better preworkouts out there and cheaper to boot.
TweetSo I got some the other day and have been taking it and it's nothing special mabey I have to give it longer to use

TweetWhile some pre-workouts are better than others at the end of the day it's a whole lot of the same stuff with different marketing behind it. Personally I hate the tingles so anything with beta alanine is a no go for me but outside of that most preworkouts imho are pretty much the same. One of the more extreme preworkouts I've seen recently is the new ESP Extreme from MEtabolic, they removed the DMAA and added 750mg of caffeine. A full bang makes me kinda sick so I want no part of this. For my preworkouts 250mg caffeine is about as much as I need, more often than not I just use allmax a:cuts which only has about 100mg or so. I have buddies however who say 500mg doesn't phase them.
