those are the worse ones man. i spend 30 mins before going to the gym trying to makes sure the pipes are fully cleaned out before i leave because of my guts haha. i was doing reverse hypers last week as a matter of fact at the end of the workout and had the same experience as you. me on the other hand as soon as the bubbles begin i have to start the run or it is game over. their is no delaying the release for my big ass haha.
stop tying your shorts man. i carry all of my stuff in my gym bad so i dont have to tie mine or put them in my hoodie pocket
