My brain is kind of like a dry peach pit rattling around a dusty goldfish bowl. I don't drink that much. Had someone close to me do in patient rehab for alcoholism. They gave her folic acid and a B complex every day.

Luckily the rehab worked and she is her old self and sober over 2 years without a slip up.
