TweetWife's birthday last night we went to a 5 star joint in a swanky part of town. My wife has been talking about going there so we dressed up a little I took her. We did not get appetizers, and I had one beer and she had an iced tea. She went for the steak and crab and I had the seabass. There were no prices on the menu so I figured $40-45 a plate. And we shared a desert.

NOPE! $185 left a $30 tips as the service was spot on and the food was A........MAZ.......ING!!!!!!!!! One strange thing, they brought bread out first with incredible soft butter, we had a piece or two and they took our napkins and gave use fresh ones before the entrees came out. Same with after our meal but before desert. Is this normal?

Not the most I have paid mind you. Del Frisco's double eagle steakhouse was the most. Over $200 but we had a bar tab on top so that was $50.
