Stress is # 1 along with those other health markers. This is only my opinion. I have low HDL from 22-35 depending, the claim is it helps arteries flex instead of harden. I have good LDL too but that means nothing in way.

BP is good sign. High # below 120 and that is pressure at beat.
Most importantly it's the low # mine anywhere from 50-80 depending mostly 60. This is pressure between beats. We want low as possible. I used to have higher low # but not since I started high intensity training. I get cardio in with weight training instead of "cardio"... only my opinion.

But let's talk about stress and becoming pissed. Do we go check our BP during these times?? I don't!! Stress and flipping can cause artery damage that can cause trouble down road!!!

A supplement I use and read alot about is L-theanine. This stuff can help us during stress or if we stressed. I think all of us should know about it. Try it out, 100-200mg can be used during day in stressful times and 400mg at night to wipe stress away and get proper rest instead of being winded up!!!

Talking to our other and living positive helping each other to make things easier may be biggest secret to life that anything else.
