Guys I still feel like I have been gutted. I know he would kick my ass and tell me to keep grinding, so that is what I am trying to do. Thank you all for your kind words
Yep, been thinking about MM a lot since this news came down. Hard not to think about it. 45 years old is too young to just die out of nowhere. They say many times, the first symptom of heart disease is instant death. Scary as hell. Ive seen two people in their 40s drop dead this week.
this is one of the main reasons why i have limited my use of stimulants and fat burners to a bear minimum. we already hammer the hell out of our hearts and systems with this game we play. so the stims are used very sparingly by this guy for the last few years. i can count on one hand how many times i have used a preworkout in the last 3-4 years. that and i now do cardio year round. sad for mtn man and a wake up call for all of us over 40 clubbers
Fucking crazy.... RIP MM!
