TweetThe grocery store...and Iam not kidding, lol
TweetInternet dating is great! Sure beats the hell out of hanging out in bars
Tweeti wont knock on anyone for doing it and granted i have been married for 20 years now. imho though i think this is one of the root causes of issues in our society. no one has the personal skills anymore to meet someone in person face to face and strike up a conversation. it just blows my mind watching people walking around with their face in their phones not paying a bit of attention to what or who is around them. when standing in line somewhere before smart phones you would speak to strangers sometimes nod or whatever. now everyone has ear phones in head down and phone in face. i freaking hate it and i think it is a serious issue with people skills

It is what it is and if it happens to be a pretty she listening to her head phones in line not paying attention, I want to get in her dating app lol
TweetI met my common law wife at the grocery store. We were together for 4 years. But meeting a total stranger at the grocery store takes some serious cajones. People always say its easy to meet people there until they actually go and try to do it. It was easier in the old days. Now days, you walk up to a stranger in public and they are liable to think youre a lunatic. LOL Meeting online makes things way easier , especially for shy and lonely people. They now have a chance. But yes, I always see beautiful single people in the grocery store
TweetI meet my wife of 12 years on Myspace, no shit.
TweetI can only think of two free dating sites off the top of my head from way back.
Plenty of Fish
OKCupid
I have no clue about the caliber of people on either of those sites, but they're totally free.
TweetI believe it. I loved myspace. Myspace was the greatest meeting place ever created. Whoever ran that place into the ground is an idiot. I wish it would come back like it was.
TweetMy wife will not let me date for some reason.
I agree with Guns, dating apps have made it SO easy to find dates that people never really stop looking for that better deal so to speak. I mean sometimes people fall in love but most are meat markets.
I met my wife when she was a checkout girl at the grocery store and I was getting hamburger helper and dogfood 27 years ago.
Tweetmet my bm on there.
