TweetNot me, had surgery the day after Christmas and currently 15lbs down. Sucks, but I'm going to use this as a reset and come back bigger, badder and leaner than I've ever been. As long as everything stays good with the hernia repair, my first day back in the gym will be February 6. (Counting down the days)
TweetMy wife and I went keto on the 2nd. She is already in ketosis. I on the other hand am having trouble seeing traces of ketones. I have still dropped a lot of water weight. I am about to hit up the exogenous ketones to assist.
Once I am there I melt fat like I was on T3 and clen. in one month most of my belly fat will be gone. I put on about 8-9 pounds. Mostly beer and sweets.
