TweetI think under extreme circumstances yes. I had both my grandparents die and suffer for days at hospice and not only was it awful for them but everyone around them.
TweetSo should people be able to choose to die knowing there going to die soon.

TweetIf terminal and in pain I would choose to die rather than suffer and not have a quality of life
TweetIt's tough to say because who are we to choose how and when to die when it's a part of life??? That's a really hard question. I mean if a person was going to suffer than I would say, yes , it's a positive thing to have this choice. But I for one don't think that would sit good with Mother Nature , God , higher Power , whatever it is someone believes in .
Hard question !
TweetI think a human should have the right to end their own life if they so choose. Obviously I am not talking about people with just depression ect. But a person who is terminally ill and does not want to die a slow agonizing death while loosing their mind......yes.
My life is MINE, not the governments.
TweetThats a tough question. Do you just take some death pill and go lay down and go to sleep or do you shoot yourself? lol
Tweeti would say yes also. if you are terminally ill and you are going to pass i think that is your right to take a pill and end your life. we put animals down so they dont suffer but we dont share that same view for humans? why not? i watched my grandfather take over 2 weeks to pass. he was ate up with cancer again and refused treatment he was in his 80's and he also refused a feeding tube and then 2 weeks later he finally passed. if you did that to a dog you would be charged with animal abuse but for humans we cant end our life? leave a cups of pills and some water and tell him or her when ever your ready they are sitting on the table go out some type of dignity and not suffer for weeks on end thats just wrong
TweetSeriously, with a huge part of the population reaching old age, this is probably going to become way more common . There may not be enough money to take care of all the old baby boomers when they are at the end. I dont know if they do human euthanizing in other countries but they probably do.Countries that are more religious are against it
Tweetive got to see this personally more often than not. Yes, you should have that option and it should be mandatory that family follows your wishes..
when the mind goes you go your body is left to exsist but at what cost .. care homes will feed you as long as you can swallow and change your diaper 2x a day.. NOPE ill pass.. you slowly rot away in front of a tv with all the power off..
death is only change.. why go out slow and painful. when the end is here i'll embrace it
