TweetI cant even believe this. I met him once at a strength coaches seminar in Cleveland that he was teaching. During lunch, there was an empty seat next to Charles, so I went and sat next to him during lunch. Then I saw him several times when he was living an hour up the road near the Olympic training center. He was a great guy and funny as hell. One of those people you figure will live to be 100. I wish there were more details about his death. They just said heart attack
