TweetYeah that generation is fading away. My mom makes my dad's plate and gets him refills on milk when his glass is half empty (yeah my dad drinks milk with dinner as he still thinks milk is a luxury)
Hell when my mom had cancer surgery and chemo (She is 100% well after 5 years!!!!!!) I went up to help around the house for a few weeks. My dad could not even make a sandwich, he could not identify the meat, cheese, and condiments in the fridge and had no idea how to even open the microwave to heat up leftover casserole my mom's sunday school friends had brought over the day before.
Not my wife. I do most of the cooking and cleaning. It is a fair trade she makes 1/3 more than me and does dreaded laundry.
