Time will do it but takes a while. Therapeutic phlebomety is the fastest way

TweetDamn I have no idea. Had to look up Therapeutic phlebomety. Surely a doc could do it easy. just give blood and chuck it in the med waste. OR.............sell it to vampires.

before this year mine would take about 3-6 weeks after a good hard run. now that i have gotten older it takes months. if you wait a few weeks your iron should drop back down and you will be able to donate.

your not kidding man. finding time or timing is a huge pain to get anything extra done
