Tweeti agree with you guns.. my state got hit by hurricane imra last year and i was without power for 8 days.. lucky for me i bought a generator years ago big enough to run my house so for me it wasnt that bad.. my location was without power for 4 days. i had some of my people leave town before the hurricane hit. the company was good enough to pay us for the days we were closed because of no power and believe it or not i heard people complained that the company didnt pay us for those who left town early..my policy leading up to the hurricane was if you felt like you needed to leave town then please do so..

i had a meeting a couple weeks afterwards and address this.. it was never said to me but i heard it thru the grapevine.. i couldnt believe it...
