we are an employed owned company and we get stock in the company at the end of the year for retirement. our medical is great and cost $80.00 per month overall the company is a great place to work. we get all kinds of days off including your birthday. when i spoke with this person he wasnt expecting a raise at but did say he was alittle insalted by the amount..

what do you guys think?
be grateful for the recognition and the pay increase is what i say. if you dont appreciate it or think you are better than that then go somewhere else. people are super ungrateful for whatever reason. i think it's awesome that your company does that when most dont. that may seem like a small raise but like you said the company provides nice benefits also
