TweetGuns, wouldn't a scan pick that up ?
Because I'm def gonna be asking for one on Monday
Tweetif its messing with your equilibrium then it is most likely something inside your ear. if they cant figure it out i would def go see a neuro to check for tumors. my mother in law had one that both messed with her equilibrium and her ear. since it was benign it wasnt a big deal but it messed with her hearing even after

TweetPrednisone is what I think is called a catabolic steroid (opposite of anabolic). It reduces inflammation essentially by breaking down tissue. So Guns is warning you about possible - even likely - tendon, ligament and muscle injury because of your weakened state resulting from the effects of prednisone. So DEFINITELY take it easy on the weights, go lighter than normal; less intense; DO NOT push yourself while you're on that shit or for a few days after.
I had a sinus infection a couple years ago and the doc was going to give me prednisone for the sinus inflammation until I told him I was playing in a hockey tournament that weekend. He scrapped the prednisone immediately when he heard that because of the reasons I stated.

TweetI had a hearing test at sams and Ive lost the higher frequencies. Any persons voice at those frequncies and Im only going to hear part of it. Am sure its a lot from listening to hard rock with headphones turned up as loud as they will go. It kinda sucks and wonder if there is something I can maybe throw on my ear for watching tv and stuff
Tweetyeah man. they picked her's up on a ct scan. they should do a ct on your ear to see behind the ear drum and stuff anyway.

TweetI am DEF asking for a CT Scan because who knows what might be happening to my hearing on that side .
I have to know what's going on !!!
TweetMRI came out clean , so the next step is to get direct injections of Presnidone to the nerves behind the eardrum , a total of 3 injections , which I already had one , to see if that helps out with the hearing. I can hear some things just not super clear . Idk , hoping for the best .

TweetInner ear infection maybe? I had that as a kid (which went undiagnosed for 4 years) and lost my hearing in my left ear as a result. Hope you can get your hearing back @Torres.
No Pain No Gain
TweetGo get that looked at ASAP by a ear Doc.

I did that Fuzo, and what they are doing now is directly injecting the steroid behind the ear drum to see if i get the hearing back in the ear. I gop back for the 2nd injection tomorrow . I do hear from that ear , just not all sounds. High pitched , Yes , and i do hear things, just not like before. Idk, I hope this gets better.
