Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef.
- 1 tsp Avocado oil (or any oil of choice)
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning (store-bought or home-made)
- 8 oz Romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 1/3 cup Grape tomatoes (halved)
- 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 medium Avocado (cubed)
- 1/2 cup Scallions (chopped)

Tweeti agree i do like a taco salad
TweetThey are so good and easy. i cube chicken and brown it in a skillet with chili powder, garlic, salt, onion and cumin and make a salad. I take 4 table spoons of hot salsa and 2 table spoons of olive oil and mix them for dressing.
I could eat avocado every day, i will have to try the avocado oil.
