TweetI brake for all animals. If I’m not doing 90. And I too will pull over for a turtle. Now I’ve got my kids, who are grown up, that will too pullover and help a turtle out. We were going to lunch a couple days ago. Me, my wife, daughter and granddaughter. Saw a big ass turtle. Not a snapper. I stopped and my daughter got out and moved it off the roadway while I pulled over then turned around and picked her up.

TweetI instinctively brake for squirrels (AKA limb rats) but I should not because they are a scourge upon this earth.
Almost hit a dog on my bike last week. I had to brake hard and locked up my back tire. (Wish I had antilock brakes) THE DOG WAS ON ONE OF THOSE RETRACTABLE LEASHES! the lady was busy on her phone and not watching the dog walk out in the street.
