Tweetwe had a correctional boot camp facility across the hill from my house growing up. my wife's step dad and my brother both worked in that facility. straight up boot camp for teen males from 13-19 to rehab them instead of putting them into the system. i thought that place was great program. they made big rocks into little rocks, picked up garbage did drill the whole 9 yards. idk if that's the same setup you had near you dzone but the sate i am originally from ran all of those programs with a very very tight lease on the staff.
