TweetTruck tires will always be more than their car counterparts. I don't go with cheap tires, i look for sales and 1-2 yr road hazard protection. Nail in a brand new tire is infuriating.
Tweet$225 a piece for my car. four blowouts in a year and half, same stretch of road. Last one punched a 2 inch hole through the back of the rim, dodge wanted $500 for the wheel. Umm, no.
TweetGood tires make a big difference. I do not skimp with that.
Good year makes a good tire. My fav is BFG I have KM2 tires on mine and they have lasted 30K miles and many of those scrabbling up a bluff made of super sharp rock.
