Dropping a wieght
Tweetanyone ever puklloff a 45lb plate or a 25 have it slip out of your hands and hit your foot. Luckily yesterday It slipped and I was just to damn quick,lol and moved my foot out of the way or that 45lb plate would of broke my foot. I was just eing to lazy pulling it off
