TweetDepends, mostly yes because I love trying gyms out but if not I've strategically built the time off into my week or program. Maybe by sat doing doubles before I left then just recovering.

TweetHere is what I take with me on every trip and it is all I need: Push Up bars.You can take them apart and lay them flat in your suitcase. When you get to the hotel, put them together...elevate your feet on the bed. The MRI study compared pushups vs bench and its the same exact thing. I might do 10 or more sets to complete failure. It gives a heallatious pump. Thats it. Then I dont even worry about finding a gym. If its just a 2 day trip, Im good with just the pushup bars in the hotel room. A longer trip and I might go to a gym. Pushup bars are my secret weapon. I keep them at home and even have an old pair outside I use with my feet on the picnic table.
