Well, ive been busy as hell for the past few months. I was planning on competeing in the NJ physique show in july, but a bout of food poisoning from me being in too much of a rush to cook it well, among other things has set that back. Right now i am hovering around 206, and would have competed at about 190 or so. Ill stick to 200 for the summer.

As for work, i became the first trainer to top 100 sessions in one pay period. As well, i am being groomed to become manager within a few months. So many hours spent in tht fucking gym.

Lastly,i got somethig big in the works, but that wont be finalized for at least 4 months.
