Tweetman, have some really serious nerve issues and i am up and down all night. i nap during the day from time to time also but over all it is a a huge pain in the ass. when you are ready to be active your timing is way off and when you are exhausted it isnt time to go to sleep. it is torture cycle

TweetMy hours are always messed up. I work during the day, but can never fall asleep at night. So I usually end up tired as hell all day. Then for some reason it's like I wake up as soon as I get home, so I can't go to sleep that night. Weird.
TweetMy hours are jacked also, last month has been pure hell. Been on days for the better part of 20 years and now on midnights.....ugh.

TweetI find melatonin and valerian help regulate my sleep cycles. Safe and cheap!
