You are the creepy old muscled guy who does a bunch of warming up before pulling a muscle. Much respect and as we get older we need to warm up. The more muscle you have the more you need to warm up. You have all the respect when you go about your lifting routine. Thanks for being here to encourage me.

While I won't deny I'm not one of these twenty something's in the gym people are usually very surprised when I tell them I'm 41. I definitely have learned to try and be smart because it seems every decade things change with our bodies, hell every year after forty has brought a new issue. I have arthritis where the color bone meets your shoulder joint, calcium in my right delt, bursitis in my right elbow, I had an umbilical hernia repaired over the summer and my knees suck. But my goal for 2017 is to get back on stage and show people what a 42yr old meathead can do. If anyone ever wants to chat hit me up and pm.
