I definitely have learned to try and be smart because it seems every decade things change with our bodies, hell every year after forty has brought a new issue. I have arthritis where the color bone meets your shoulder joint, calcium in my right delt, bursitis in my right elbow, I had an umbilical hernia repaired over the summer and my knees suck.
