TweetFriday, the secretary from the dentist next door came by my office and told me the Doctor was in a panic cuz he got called by "An Officer of the court" telling him he missed jury duty and he would be arrested if he didnt wire them $2,000. He left work during the middle of the day to take care of it.
He then called the cops but it was too late, the cops told him he just got scammed.
Well, today, she came in and told me he is embarrassed and doesnt want to talk about that he got scammed out of 2 Grand!!! Wow. He should have googled Jury Duty scam. Its a very common scam.
If someone ever calls you to wire them money, tell them to **** off.
