TweetThey are the same however not all are created equal. Some hold temperature better than others and remember that there times for cooking are more guide lines than strict instruction. Theres some trial and error with cooking with them to keep from drying out some dishes. Over all very easy to use otherwise.

Tweetstay away from the cheapo ones. and you will find you do not need the expensive ones either. just read the reviews online. great for whole meals done when you walk in from work.
