TweetKill all those mofos
TweetI saw a pretty good sized snake the other day about 20 feet from the house. I hacked it to pieces with a shovel...then last night, I saw another snake, this time about 50 feet from the house. This time, I just walked away and left it alone. Now I have people saying- Holy Shit, you should have killed it!
What are your thoughts on snakes? Kill or not kill?
(ps-Have found one snake in the house this summer-yikes)
TweetKill all those mofos
TweetThese are garden type snakes, not poisoness and not really aggressive. I felt kinda bad hacking that one to pieces but damn, its a friggin snake
TweetI hate them all LOL
TweetI save a snake every chance I get. Almost lost a hand from training partner we were out checkin our deer plots, come up on a snake in the road I slammed on the breaks we both jumped out and I was gonna catch it and he had grabbed a shovel out of the back of the truck and just threw it at the snake just as I was taking my shot at grabbing him with my hands snake struck just barely missed me the gravel from my buddy throwing that shovel was in my face and eyes couldn't see the snake pretty funny really

TweetKill and torture them i would have made a pouch for my steroid vials out of them
TweetI would've had that shit on the grill w/ some mixed vegetables and some apple juice !!!
TweetI would have made a condom out of them
TweetBAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA !!!!!
Tweetwhy do people hate snakes so much? i like snakes more than rats and snake bites normally do not kill. and when they do a large % of the time it is due to a person messing with them. if you are just walking in a place snakes are the chances of being bitten are like getting struck by lightening while baking a cake and interviewing christopher walken.
just leave em be. obviously you have a copperhead rattle snake or water moccasin in your garage i get it but why kill a garden snake or rat snake?
TweetAgree 100% i have caught and kept copprheads and water moccasins. Have had boas, and pythons. I was driving home from work when I lived at this place where I had 8 miles of dirt road came across a black snake that stretched across the whole rd. Now it's a dirt road so about a lane and a half. I jumped out caught it let it crawl under my shirt and wrap itself around me until it was comfortable then drove on home. Didn't say a word to my wife when I got home gave her kiss kicked around for a few then sat down beside her on the couch, and that snake came poking its head out of the neck of my shirt. I still have never seen my wife move that fast. I laughed for days. Hell I'm still getting a pretty good chuckle out of it now.

Tweetonly creature on the planet i am petrified of. if they arent venomous i say leave them be. they eat rats and venomous snakes. only way i would have them killed or removed is if i had farm animals or small kids and pets. i hate snakes but i wont mess with non venomous just for those reasons unless i have to
