if you have arrests, they will show anyway...the majority of companies now look for both, convictions and arrests..if it's nothing major, don't worry about it...like teek said, all that too...I have to run pre-employment on all my employees that I hire and we use a company based out of Miami, we do everything, driving record too

If it's a high paying job, verification of past wages and employment, including work history, perks and benefits. They may also ask for a year or two W-2's. They may only ask you as a courtesy, info is easy enough to get with SS#.

      I always check.

Sounds good. Rado, would a drunk and disorderly upcoming court hearing show up and if so do companies frown upon it?

Thanks bro. Jacksonville was great...I like Miami and South Beach more. What if I don't include short term jobs on my resume?

Anyone know if they can dig up jobs you don't put on a resume like part-time work?

Can you verify employment with a SS number or do you need a live person for that?

I wont post what sites I use, but if you PM me, then maybe I can give you some ***hints***

I use them ALL the time for work, I have to do them for any employee I hire.......besides, as long as I know your first name and phone #, I can trace you that easy, sometimes just with your ISP.........scary huh
