      Default Back pain

Yesterday, I hurt my low back so damn bad that I could barely walk. I went home and and stretched it and went to bed early. I was totally bummed out. This morning woke up a little stiff, so stretched out some more. Now the pain is 100% GONE.
I hate to say it, but research says most cases of Low back pain resolve on their own with no treatment needed.

This is true my back is bad and after ten years of pain meds I stopped 4 years ago I found steching and walking for a bit stops it dead in its tracks if not a few ibu do the trick just as well

Im just glad the pain didnt linger. I have definitely hurt my back where it hurt for a week or more. So I am just rejoicing that this was not one of those times. Sometimes getting a chiropractor to crank on it speeds the recovery, but most of the time I can get it to heal on its own with no outside help. Thank goodness

Great to hear it cleared up for you with a bit of stretching.

I hate when I hurt my lower back. Usually happens to me when I least expect it. All the time I spend in the gym squatting, rowing, deadlifting etc... and I pull my lower back leaning over to pick up my shoes too quick or something lol.

i would say that if a person has no real damage to their back or arthritis one can stretch and alleviate most of their discomfort due to tight muscles pulling a joint. but for those with discs all jacked up, and bone spurs and other problems that is only a fantasy. I am damn glad it worked for you. stretching, ice, nsaids have helped me for sure but there is still a major problem unfortunately.

Yes, no doubt. There can be structural problems in the back that dont respond to simple treatment like stretching and supplements. I could tell that my problem was strictly muscular
