seems this is the new thing. fat shaming is frowned upon because fat people have feelings that are fragile and they need to spend their energy working out and eating healthy............wait, they are fat because they do not discipline themselves like us.

anyway i have noticed all the snide remarks when there is a birthday cake at work and i have a piece. "Oh i wish i had his metabolism", "Must be nice to eat whatever you want", "he probably spends all his time working out, i like to live" and others. also I am treated differently. sometimes there will be food left in the breakroom after a conference and I will not get a heads up. I ask why I was excluded from the email! I get "Oh, I knew you would not eat it as it was not healthy"

I said "or maybe you just wanted more for yourself!"

      who got in trouble yesterday?

      ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

Ya its sad how jealous people are. I never ever preach my lifestyle on anyone but there are people not comfortable with me living it. I think disciplined people piss off lazy fat asses . I think fit people remind them of what they hate about themselves. I tell people my age and they are usually surprised and I just say thats why I keep doing all of this.
Theres a guy who came in the other day and he weighed 450 pounds. Could barely walk he was so morbidly obese. I asked his wife what they planned for easter, she said he was going to deep fry a turkey.
Im sure a deep fried turkey would be great but good lord youre 450 pounds, wtf???

When I worked at gnc in the mall
I would order steak fries and cheesecake from ruby Tuesday's and eat it at the store. People would say "are you eating cheesecake in gnc?" My reply would be "yeah I work my ass off
In the gym so I can treat myself to dessert when I want." I've also
Had people see me eating five guys burgers and fries at the gym and say "that doesn't really fit in with the gym does it?" To which I usually respond with "I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm still trying to grow so I need the calories." Turn they say "you want to get bigger?" To which I say "I'm 220 but I'd like to be sat least 240." They usually look at me like I have three heads and walk away.

A bunch of haters, man. They dont comprehend what it takes to have a healthier lifestyle. Most are spoiled by instant gratification and never truly realize that exercise and diet is what carves out the body we are striving for. They fear what they dont understand.

      Fuck em all.....

There are definitely envious people and of many things even more than just being fit. I have a very best friend and some others close to me that are very overweight. I was never one to make fun of them or question how they would ever be so big. Those I am close to, that are in such a situation have many deeper things they are trying to mask and the way they have done it is by eating. I think everyone has something they find comfort in and some of those choices happen to de destructive. Now leaving you out of something because they assume it is "not healthy" to you, is not right at all. that is your decision to make and no one should be left out of things. I can relate to that in a few different scenarios in my life. Remember anyone who is jealous has a problem with themselves, not with you. Getting them to see that is another story

That 450 pound guy that is deep frying the turkey-well, his wife is also kind of fat and she recently joined planet fitness and has lost a lot of weight and is eating healthy. Guess who doesnt like it??? Yes, her morbidly obese husband is not happy that his wife is going to the gym and trying to live a better life!!! She told me her husband is NOT supportive of her new lifestyle at all. She said he came home from shopping at Sams the other days and says "I got you a surprise!" It was a whole case of Twinkies. 48 twinkies. I shit you not. I feel really sorry for people who are trying to get fit and are married to someone who tries to sabotage it. Very sad. smh

i think what is even sadder than the fact that people dont support a healthy lifestyle is the fact that if you get up off of your fat ass and do work every day, you can have that twinkie and a lot of other things every now and then. what blows my mind about these people is the fact that i have eaten 10k a day and normally now i eat anywhere from 3400-8000 cal a day and my body fat never has been above 14% and my ab outline was still showing. even with me trying as hard as possible to break up to 300lbs was a serious struggle and yet these people get to 3-4-500 + pounds and continue to get bigger. i just for the life of me dont get the idea that you can let yourself get that out of control

The other thing you see a lot of people who will do the work in the gym and then sabotage all the work meal after meal after meal. Or they diet rather well but won't get off the couch. Both parts are necessary for any type of results.
