TweetI would love our state to allow associations to have better control of this. We have been trying for years to get ahold of the the renting of units where we live. When the market was low investors bought up many units and it is hard to stop the renting. So we have to take other measures to instill that landlords screen tenants better. In our state, it is getting harder and harder for the association to do anything anymore.
