You can make your own Viagra by mixing some common fruits. All you'll need for this formula is a watermelon and a lemon. Watermelon includes citrulline and lycopene, two molecules that are considered aphrodisiac.
How to make it
Start by chopping a watermelon and using a juicer to get about 1L of watermelon juice. Next, pour the juice into a saucepan. One thing you should know is that the white part of the watermelon is rich in citrulline.
Mixing it
Squeeze a lemon into the watermelon juice and let the mixture boil until the volume comes down to about half of what it was. Let it cool for 1 hour and then store it in the fridge inside a clean container. Drink 2 tablespoons on an empty stomach early in the morning and before dinner.
Have no idea if this is true but sounds refreshing

Tweetcitrulline is a good supp for cardio too. i use it before training. have not noticed any viagra like effects but that would be very awkward while rolling or sparring
