Tweet14 not gonna listen to anyone. I have a nephew same issues I have let it come between us. They just have to be ready! My nephew still isn't and he is turning 20. Sorry...
TweetMy cousin who is 14 I see her several times a week and she always has a Coffee drink in her hand .And in the past month I saw how much weight she had gained from drinking them . I train people to lose weight and eat right but there is no getting through to her.

TweetYeah that's a difficult age to get through to them. A lot of 14 - 16 year olds think they're ready to take on the world. At least I did when I was that age lol. Hopefully she'll listen when she's ready.
Tweetyeah I hear ya. so much sugar in those crappuccinos. So many folk, not just kids do not understand nutrition. they say "well, at least it is not soda, sodas are bad"
you can lead a horse to water......................
Tweetmy solution is this and i have a teenager and a 10 year old. they are not allowed to have coffee period. i will let them have an occasional soda on special occasions but that is it and that is less than once per week. i let mine pretty much eat whatever they want for the most part but all those empty liquid cals sneak up on everyone. not to mention you can pound them all day long day in and day out without getting full. the same cant be said about tasty treats haha
