Yes, I have sent a lot of people over there who arent comfortable in an Iron Den. For them its a very user friendly environment.
But for anyone who takes their training serious they will try to discourage you from going there. Im sure I am on their shit list of people who they are watching closely to bust for working out too hard. Im sure if they hear me grunt, they will throw the book at me lol...

TweetHeres my issue with what they did-Every where you look in Planet fatness, you see signs that say JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE & NO GYMTIMADATION!
Ok, then how is it Judgement free when if they dont like how you are working out, they sound a big loud alarm with a big blue light, making everyone in the entire gym stare at you like youre a jerk, then the Planet Fitness guy comes over and tells you off while everyone is still staring at you????...Judgement free my ass!!!!
Nothing I did in there was obnoxious, rude or disrespectful of other members. The more I think about this, the more irked I am about how they acted there this morning.
What if I was a quiet shy guy who they just embarrassed in front of the whole entire place?
