TweetSo guess what, this nutrition shop next to my gym is a private owned supplement store, its like a true bodybuilder shop. They sell those lunch box/bags that look like a fishing tackle box. The large one is $100, anyone use these on a daily basis?

TweetI don't personally but have several friends that do. I wanted one bad when I was eating 6-7 x's a day. I've been doing intermittent fasting for a while now. So I don't carry as many meals to work.

yep, i got two different brands. the 6 pak ones are the best constructed for the money and they have multiple design options in there bags

is the IF method not a little concerning to you considering you guys where fighting off some metabolism stalling i would think that by allowing your body to be starving for an extended period of time and then pushing a bunch of cals on the back end would kind of be counter productive. just thinking out loud here, not knocking the approach

just google up 6 pak bags man. elitefts has the fitforce ones but they are limited in design and pretty small to me

TweetI use my 6 pack just about everyday. Don't know what I'd do without it. It holds my food, shakes, supps, water, and anything else I need throughout the day. I actually got mine at vitamin shoppe.

TweetIsolator fitness also has some nice bags. I got my wife the isocube- it does 3 meals. I got the Kai Greene ISOduffle by them. It's a gun bag and lunch box. It holds 2 of the largest containers plus two of the smaller containers. I usually only need to bring three meals to work so it's pretty good for me. I should have gone one size bigger though because with my belt, bands, work clothes and shoes, chalk container, journal, it's a tight fit on the bag side. I had a six pack bag right after they were debuted at thwbolympi a a few years back and it feel apart in less than six months. I have heard they have improved it since then though.

TweetYa Yohimbe, they do have them at vitmain shoppe. The six pack fitness ones are made quite well and the four shaker cup holders on the sides are what i like, you dont just set them on the side, the ENTIRE bottle is covered so they wont fall out or tip over or something.
