Oddly enough, it helped stabilized my weight gain. I always thought it was a crazy approach but was very surprised at how my body responded. I didn't start it until towards the end of my cut. I don't follow the full fast as strictly now that I am building my calories up. It's more of just eating mid morning and having 3-4 meals vs 6-7. I did use Humapro throughout my fast though and I really think that played a roll in how I responded.
