TweetI think one of the biggest things I've learned over the years is how important it is to not worry so much and surround yourself with positive things and people. I was always a big worrier and I think it really hampered my outlook and positive energy. I would worry about the past, worry about the future and everything in between lol. It just made me feel negative all the time.
Like Baby1 said, there's something good in everything. Once I was aware of the worry and made the decision to stop worrying so much, I started feeling so much more positive. I started seeing all the good things and that made it much easier to pay less attention to the negatives. The more positive I became, the more positive things I noticed would come my way. I agree with LT, a huge step is being aware of how you're feeling and you've just acknowledged that. Next is to start focusing on all the positives and letting go of the negatives. Surround yourself with the things and people that make you happy, don't worry about the past or the future, and just focus on being the best person you can be for yourself. You got this brotha.
