LOL...oh the lawnmower...It doesnt start at all after I got it back from the repair shop. It worked for a day and my rotator cuff is in pain from pulling on that chord trying to get it to start.. Oh well. Time to buy a new mower, but not at Lowes lol...plus, I now know I need a mower with an electric starter and not a damn pull chord lol

Its a surreal experience, like "I cannot believe this is happening, Im standing there in Lowes yelling at the top of my lungs at the guy to get the hell away from me. I honestly felt like any minute it could have erupted into a physical confrontation. At one point, Juan put both his hands behind his back and I thought wtf? Im thinking if this guy comes toward me Im going to have no choice but to punch him. Absolutely insane. I really think I want to call the Lowes corporate office. Oh I forgot, at one point Juan even screamed "Lets just give you a refund!" I said "No, I want this freezer!" ...damn I wish I had a video of that...not to mention he was a scrawny dude, I probably outweighed him by 75 lbs.
I am still sitting here baffled at why he acted that way. I was in no way grumpy at all about returning the freezer. I was friendly as always and suddenly this guy goes nuts when I ask for help. smh wow.

report them to corporate dzone. they are their for your customer service and no one should take their attitudes and problems to work. their are tons of people out that right now that would kill to have a job and cant get one, yet you had to deal with that nonsense. i would def make sure he was disciplined to the fullest extent

TweetI worked at lowes for 5 years in shipping and receiving. I strongly recommend Home Depot guys. They're a better company and actually carry better products and customer service
