What to eat when your very sick?
TweetApparently I caught a stomach bug from my family who didnt know they had it till we both got sick.
I puked every 30 min last night, I never get sick on my stomach.
Anyway, all i have been able to keep down is some crackers and Gatorade today. Is there any kind of protein that is really easy on the belly you can buy in locals stores not order? Maybe those pre made ones in bottles??
I've been lean bulking and been doing great the past 2 months. I've gained 10 solid pounds, not much fat maybe 2lb. I'm afraid to weigh my self after last night. I've been gaining so well, without much fat/water weight, I really dont want to loose any solid muscle.

Tweetrice brother. it will help keep your stomach feeling full with a very small amount and should ease it up and hold in there. or just go with what everyone else says and tough it out for 24 hours and it should clear up

TweetEveryone has solid posts , Ginger Ale always helps that's for sure. Straight up broth as well, toast once you feel like you can soak it in.
Hope you feel better soon brother, get better then kill it again but rest up!

TweetI stop eating when I can't keep it down bro. Dyphenhydrienaid helps me a lot. It's labeled as motion sickness medication if your nauseated severely. I drink lemon like Gatorade. Carb up if possible. But Gatorade will replinish the electrolytes you've lost

TweetIm starting to feel alot better actually. I havent ate much still but better than nothing, soup and corn bread lol. Im hopeing its just one of those 24 hour bugs and i dont get sick again tonight.
