Working out at a Different gym
TweetSince we were in Tennessee I worked out at this gym called BrickHouse Gym I guess the women who owns it is a pro BB and the gym was cool.It had some cool old stuff I never seen before

Tweetthey had this one old machine where you put the plates on the side and you stand up in it and it was a standing press machine with different handles to grab it to hit different parts of your chest

TweetI love going to different gyms and training. Different atmosphere, different machines, different people. Especially when you come across that one gym that just has the perfect "feel".

TweetThat sounds like a good idea, I've been wanting to check out the gym in town it's prolly 18mi's though I live in the sticks. my gym is getting kinda routine with the same equipment and repetitive house music they have been playing for years. Blah !
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
