TweetMy alarm goes off, I get up and take a vivarin and chug it down with a big gulp of iced coffee. Then I crawl back into bed and wait for caffeine to kick in. In 15 minutes I am bolting out of bed. Then I swig down a concoction of greens, chia, brewers yeast..etc. It tastes pretty bad but I chug it fast. Then go outside for a short walk with the dog in the trees down to the road to get the newspaper, then come back in and eat some oatmeal with strwberries, protein powder while reading the paper and logging in to FG...by then I am ready to go to work...On weekends I dont do any of that, I just wake and bake lol...just kidding

Animal the manimal
TweetWake up between 4- 5. Crank the music on my iPhone, post morning wake up on FG. Out of bed, chug water and out the door for morning cardio. Eat big breakfast, take supps and inj, get ready for work. If I'm not doing morning cardio but hitting the gym instead it's pretty much the same except I eat breakfast, let it settle, do all that other stuff I said, take my pre-workout and head out to kill it.

TweetSometimes it feels monotonous. Year after year, day after day. It can be a grind. Then I have to stop and think how lucky I am. Even when it is a grind, I guess its better than the alternative
