TweetI had a pretty great day. My dad isnt here to celebrate with but I went to eat with my mom and took my sister to the park for a long time.
Then last night I had to rescue a deer out of the road lol. It was a fawn just sittin in the middle of a curvy road at night with cars driving by. I couldnt let him sit there and get killed so, i was trying not to get run over and picked him up and set him out in a field.

TweetMy wife, my son and I did lunch at a water front restaurant. I had two filet mignon dinners and the wife had black and white seared salmon and my son of course had chicken tenders(he is six). Then it was a river cruise with my mom, my aunt and uncle, my brother and his fiancé. My brother and his fiancé were 20min late so we were all waiting for them for ever. Then when we got on the boat we all had to go separate ways because there was no searing left for more than four of us. After the cruise I promised my son he could use his money from the tooth fairy(he lost his first tooth Saturday night) to buy a bearded dragon. He's been asking for weeks. We brought it home set up the tank and my son was holding him and talking to him for hours. The highlight was when he said "mark, I am your daddy. That means I will also protect you and take care of you. This is your papa and your Mimi." It was great to hear him to so much responsibility for this creature. Although it was weird to be referred to as papa, I'm definitely not ready for that.
